Platform Services

CareerTech provides tools for job seekers, employers, learners, and experts, including job applications, talent search, courses, assessments, messaging, subscriptions, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date profile, job, and company information.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully without harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Comply with applicable employment, privacy, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction.

Employer and Recruiter Terms

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of job postings, lawful hiring practices, and how they use applicant data obtained through CareerTech. Subscription limits, featured listings, and premium features are governed by the selected plan.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, course fees, and other charges are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

CareerTech content, branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to users or the platform. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support.

Disclaimer

CareerTech is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, hiring outcomes, or suitability of candidates. We are not a party to employment agreements between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
